My celiac teenager loves these. Now in high school he does not want to carry the thermos lunches I used to always make for him so these fit in the back pack and he can get something healthy and that tastes great to get him through the day. I love the protien and omega 3 extra he gets too!!

Of all the KIND bars (and I've had them all) this one will hit the spot if you're craving the taste and texture of caramel and nuts. What's nice is that the fat content is relatively low for something that really can qualify as a comfort snack, while the nuts and other unprocessed goodies will give you sustained energy and the important OMGA-3.
I've removed all the junk snacks from our home and put in boxes of KIND Bars; this one is the one I have to restock most often. If you're curious, go to your local health food store and pay $2.00 for a single bar; I promise you'll be back here ordering it by the box.

These nutrition-packed bars are delicious and I highly recommend them for an energy boost. One slight drawback is that in the heat/summer, they tend to become quite soft and mushy and can be a mess to open and eat, especially if you are carrying one with you.

has to be one of the best bars around. how long has KIND been around? i just recently discovered KIND and it is second only to PROBAR (arts orig.). i am hooked on KIND prob.for life, however, it is a bit pricey, maybe someone can be so "kind" and send me a coupon or two every now and then via e-mail. thx.

This bar is VERY delicious (but also a little too sweet). You should avoid at all costs if you are on a strict bodybuilding diet. A lot of sugar (bad carbs) and very little protein. But if you are allowed a cheat snack, eat this!
