I first got Perky's Crunchy Rice when I was having a lot of digestive problems and needed to avoid wheat products, sugar, etc. It is very tasty and crunchy as a cereal, and I eat it with cooked apples or applesauce and it is like a dessert! It works great for me and I often eat it more than once a day. I have tried many other "healthy" cereals but this is the BEST! I have combined it with some others just to give it more taste and CRUNCH! Oh, I also lost over 10 pounds since I started eating Crunchy Rice for breakfast and snacks, and sometimes dinner too!

If you have very fragile/sensitive teeth, you might not like these. They have some SERIOUS crunch.
I usually mix them with Rice Krispies and/or Chex in a bowl with milk. The Nutty Rice adds a crunchy texture that really enhances this type of non-sugary cereal. I have no idea how well it mixes with sugary cereals, since I don't eat those.

My wife and daughter has celiac disease and it it perfect with a bannana, cinnamon,and stevia. This provides them a very healthy and delicious desert.

Some Random Woman with an Opinion
Nutty Rice is a staple in our home. My kids eat it for breakfast and it's wonderful for making cereal bars. We also use it ground up and combined with herbs/spices, and a little GF flour to make a great crispy coating for GF chicken fingers. Thanks to Amazon for making Nutty Rice a more affordable option for our family.
