This pasta has a great texture and doesn't fall apart like so many other non-wheat pastas. The flavor is so good that it doesn't need to be drowned in sauce to make it edible. I would highly recommend this pasta to anyone who cannot or doesn't want, to eat wheat products.

Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Lasagne, 10-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)
They're always telling us that this recipe or that product is just like the wheat flour counterpart. And it's hardly ever true.
But Tinkyada's pasta is almost as good as the best regular pasta. I prefer the shapes that provide the most surface area, like the spirals, because they are easier to cook "al dente." Boil it in a big pot of water and stir frequently at the start to keep them from sticking to each other. (No oil needed in the water.)
