This pasta is very yummy. I serve it all the time to people who are not on GF diets and they don't know it isn't wheat pasta.

Since becoming allergic to gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, and eggs, I have tried many many many alternatives to the pasta that I used to enjoy so much! Many have ended up becoming a big nasty unrecognizable mush after following the cooking directions exactly, or have had an incredibly strange aftertaste. But no more! The Tinkyada brand ROCKS! I especially like the spirals. What's printed on the package is true--it's very difficult overcook this pasta, and its texture is just like that of the semolina pasta. There's isn't a very strong taste in this product, so sauces taste delicious on top. These are also great for your own gluten-free recipes of pasta salad/antipasta!

Excellent taste. You do have to be careful not to overcook. It can get mushy. When cooked properly, it tastes great. We can enjoy pasta again.

I have to say, these are the best tasting spirals I've ever had!!! We buy this periodically from Whole Foods. I'm considering ordering it on Amazon, as it's cheaper here. They are fantastic tasting. Made a pasta salad for a party, and everyone (even the people who did not care about gluten) loved it! Now, I only wish it were organic. :)
