My six year old son has Celiac disease. He loves these noodles and always asks me to make them for him. He likes them just plain or with sauce or cheese added.

Very tasty and healthful alternative to pasta. I'm sensitive to wheat so this is a great way to have my pasta and eat it too :) Comes out very well every time.

This pasta is very tasty, easy to make and easy to digest. They taste light, like white pasta, but made from 100% whole grain. My family likes it very much. What a great product!
