5 out of 5 stars Orgran Ris'O'Mais Rice and Corn Spiral Pasta   November 1, 2007

The Orgran Ris'O'Mais pastas are absolutely the best gluten-free pastas I have found anywhere, bar none. They consistently cook up well and don't fall apart or turn mushy, making them a terrific choice for a pasta salad or for using with a heavier pasta sauce.

NOTE: I did try some of the pasta without the "Ris'O'Mais" included in the name and, even though it said rice and corn pasta, it turned out mushier than the other.

5 out of 5 stars Great alternative to wheat pasta   August 14, 2007

I purchased this product on-line hoping that I didn't have to return it. The taste is unexpectedly like that of wheat pasta, maybe even better. It goes well with tomato sauce and has a very light taste which doesn't leave you feeling bloated. Best of all, my finicky 9 and 12year old love it. They've told me they prefer it actually. This product is a great alternative for those of you who cannot consume gluten. Additionally, it presents well on a plate (without the sauce,)it has such a great color.

5 out of 5 stars It's a keeper!   May 2, 2007

I made this side-by-side with spiral pasta made from wheat and hardly noticed the difference. This pasta is great! My 6-year old, who is wheat-free, loves it! Definitely a keeper.

5 out of 5 stars Tastes great!   March 23, 2007

This pasta is very good. It works great in salads, casseroles or regular pasta dishes. I've only been gluten free for a few months and I think this tastes very similar to wheat pasta. Granted, I've only tried one other kind of gluten-free pasta (made all of brown rice) but this pasta is FAR better and I like it enough that I feel no need to keep shopping around and trying other kinds.
