This turned out to be one of my favorite substitutes for breakfast. It wasn't something I was terribly fond of the first time I tried it, but the more I had, the better it was. This was part of my first voyage into the world of gluten free stuff, and it turns out that most gluten free stuff seems to come with other health nut monikers like vegan or raw or some such. So if it's your first time with this kind of thing, give it a chance, a bar a day for 3 or so days before you get used to there not being all those tasty preservatives and extra sugars that we're all used to. It turns out that if you add a bit of peanut butter (if you're a PB&Banana kind of person) was really tasty.
