These bars are wonderful! They keep the stuff that doesn't cause gastric distress raw & cook the stuff that can cause tummy troubles. The ingredients are pure, but sweetened with agave nectar which is relatively new, so who knows about any potential allergies & what not. Anyway, all ORGANIC! NO "natural" flavors or ingredients that you don't recognize or can't pronounce. You love this flavor if you are a fan of coconut. I find that I like the other flavors better. They are ALL good! Very convient on the go snack when nothing "safe" or healthy can be found. They also make a nice sweet treat if you are trying to watch you sugar. I will buy them by the case again. They are that good! Besides the price is way cheaper than in the store!

So...I've stopped eating sugar and simple, refined carbs but I've always loved sweet stuff. I love, love, love Larabars, and these are the latest little numbers I've discovered--naturally sweet and really yummy! I like that they're organic and every ingredient is something I recognize--welcome, Pranabars--so happy to have you on the natural food store shelf!!!
