These are more like a chip, and I love the texture and the fact that the ingredients are actually good for me. I eat them with hummus or straight out of the box. The onion flavor does have a slightly burnt taste, but not enough to keep me from eating half a box at a time. I also tried the caraway flavor and liked them even better.

This cracker is the best! They are light, crispy and oh so good. My hubby has to eat gluten free, I do not. But they are MY choice to eat with cheese! Herb flavor is ok, this onion is the best!

Mary's Gone Crackers, Onion flavored, has been a godsend for me. I have Celiac disease and cannot eat foods that contain wheat/gluten. These crackers are wheat/gluten free, nutritious, and delicious! Their flavor has blended well with all of the toppings I have tried, such as hummus (many flavors), salsa, and nut butters.
My fiance and even my cats love them!
Onion is my favorite flavor, but I also enjoy Caraway and Black Pepper with specific toppings.
