The good news about this cereal is it really is healthy and is one of the best tasting gluten free cereal have had over ten years. The bad news is the box comes only about 1/2 full. This is not just a settling issue as the inside bag is only about half the size of the box. Besides being insulting to the customer who is paying big bucks for this EXPENSIVE cereal, it is a total waste of packaging which is unacceptable.

With a corn and gluten allergy, its not easy to find food I can safely eat, let alone that actually tastes good!
My first box of Amaranth Snaps did not last long. In fact, I went for a second bowl only to discover my husband had beat me to it...and just about finished the box. The kids asked for bowls as well, after being allowed to taste it. And they can have all the gluten they want.
Please note that our latest shipment was packaged with stickers over writing the "Organic" marks, its now listed as All Natural. The cereal coated in cinnamon sugar, so eating it out of hand is a little messy (but who cares?) Also, it does get stale quickly if you do not clip the bag closed. Thats probably a good thing, meaning there are no preservatives or other junk that we're used to.
