We are gluten and dairy free, and we have corn intolerances, which means we can't eat the vast majority of GFCF cereal available on the market. I found this cereal and bought a box of the cocoa and a box of the cinnamon, and my kids and I love it. We have it as an occasionaly weekend treat. It's got a crispy, slightly chewy texture that's great. My daughter loves the cocoa snaps with blue Diamond Almond Breeze chocolate milk. We've tried other Nu-World Amaranth products, and been happy with everything we've tried so far.
