5 out of 5 stars My new favorite cereal!   February 13, 2008

I have it with milk and banana and it is plenty flavorful for me. The nutritional profile of amaranth is fantastic. I like the original snaps, too. I sprinkle those with a little granola and top with mixed berries and banana. I can't vouch for getting it through Amazon as I got mine elsewhere.

3 out of 5 stars Kind of tasteless, but not offensive either and   May 30, 2007

I agree it is kind of tasteless by itself, but neither is it offensive to eat. Add a little bit of Splenda and some fruit and it makes a very good meal. Besides the fact that it is a VERY good source of nutrients, if you need to eat gluten free this is a great product to have on your self.
