test results for sensitivity to cow's milk protein
« on: August 07, 2007, 12:40:25 PM »
I have been diagnosted with Celiac since the middle of February. I have just today received my lab report from the Enterolab that I have a cow's milk protein sensitivity now. (the # is a 10) From what I can read and undestand from the report, anything 10 or over is a positive.
I called the lab also and they are saying that if I don't get off the milk, the number could eventually go up and I will have a stronger reaction to milk and dairy products.
Just wondering if there is anyone who also is a "10" from the stool test? and would like some help with how to get off the milk. (I have always drank lots of milk) :-(
