Beware of airline meals/snacks. Even if you order GF meals ahead of time, they get it wrong. I have received rolls, cereal made with wheat flour or with malt flavoring and other not-even-subtle errors that could have made me very ill on a long flight. I am a frequent business traveler and never leave the ground without my GF stash, because you never know about delays etc. I always have GF crackers and pieces of cheese, a piece of fruit and a corn tortilla sandwich. I suggest that any of us who receive a GF meal with a product NOT GF on the tray, save the sticker that comes with the tray, note flight date, # and time and mail a letter to the President of the airline. This is an area of liability and needs to be paid attention to.
