Sure, as long as the sprouted grain is not one of those that contain gluten.

Spelt, Kamut, Triticale, Barley, Rye and Wheat are all out because they do contain gluten.

The information I've read is the same - sprouted grains are fine as long as they do not include the offenders mentioned above.
