Erewhon makes a number of different variations on their Crispy Brown Rice breakfast cereal. Some varieties contain Barley Malt, which is a definite No-No for celiacs. But there is one variety that is GF because it uses GF rice syrup instead of barley malt.
The one which is GF is labelled as such, and has a blue background on the main front illustration. I like to eat it with Soy Milk, and wish that I had some real strawberries of the old-fashioned type that had flavor insread of being crush proof.
You know, real strawberries.
The cereal resembles that famous product that goes Snap, Crackle, and Pop - that's Rice Krispies for the sake of any young people reading this message. I actually like the flavor of the Erewhon product better. You can find it at health food stores, larger supermarkets with GF sections, and of course you can buy it online.
