Coconut Mango Chicken
From my mother-in-law. I have estimated the amount of coconut milk, because the original recipe uses 150ml hot water and 80 g coconut milk powder. Also if you don't have canned mango you can use fresh, but add it at the very end as it breaks up quickly. -- posted by
