Let's all use this area to share our GF recipes with each other.  If you want to talk about cooking methods or techniques, this is a good place for that too.

We can help each other quite a bit.

Here are some gf recipes.  I have tried the Snickerdoodle and Pizza recipe and both are very good.

I've modified the Pizza one by adding Parmasaen cheese to the dough, it helps it brown more.  Also, instead of making one pizza, I divide the dough and make 2 thinner ones or I make smaller ones and freeze the dough.  That way, my daughter can just grab one, put toppings on it and pop it in the oven.

Thank you!!!  I've been fantasizing about Snickerdoodles for a year now.  I bookmarked that site!

You're welcome! My daughter says they tastes the same as regular ones.

I made a batch up last Saturday for her to take to school with her for lunch but they were gone by Sunday night!

A little hint though....I use more sugar and cinnamon to roll the cookie dough in, the amount in the recipe isn't enough to cover all the cookies. wink

Here is the link to a recipe for mac 'n cheese:

I don't eat dairy anymore, however, still make this for my children and they love it!

Hope this helps.
