Savory Polenta for Lasagna
this is the polenta I use in my polenta lasagna, I sometimes make a batch to firm and toast to serve with other dishes as well, so thought I'd share the recipe seperately. sometimes I replace the sage with rosemary. for lasagna I use 2 13*18 pans and spread it very thin -- posted by Khyricat
