Blueberry Cake Without Grains
         

This recipe evolved from the brownie recipe without grains (#227490).  As my husband has chosen not to eat grains or sugar, I was pleased to come up with treats he could enjoy.   I made these in six little dishes for individual treats that were like blueberry muffins.  I imagine other variations, like other nuts, other fruit, anything you might want to add to a cookie or cake.  Make it your own! -- posted by Aimee88
