Recently we have seen an increase in users who create an account here seemingly just for the purpose of posting a link to a website of their own. This practice is called spamming.
We don't mind people posting links to other websites that are related to celiac disease or the gluten free diet, but we do hope that folks posting such links will also participate in discussions or posts related to this forum. It is not our intention to merely operate a link farm for spammers.
With this in mind we have installed a modification that should scramble links posted by very new users. Once you have posted 3 times, by replying in an existing topic or creating a new topic, then links you may post will appear without being scrambled.
