When you buy a prepared food item and you want to know whether or not it is gluten free, what do you do?
Do you simply read the ingredients?
Do you only buy prepared food items that are on a list you carry of GF foods?
Do you often contact the manufacturer of a food product to ask about it?
Maybe you use some other approach.
What do you require in order to feel comfortable that an item you are considering is really gluten free?
