Hot Rice Breakfast Cereal
Whenever we make rice for dinner we make a HUGE pot and use the rest for breakfast... this is one of the ways we use it! This recipe comes from hillbillyhousewife.com and I am posting it for the January TOTM. I am posting it in normal proportions but we make 8-10 times this amount to feed our brood!
