Turnip, Honey & Roasted Garlic Soup
This is one of my favorite recipe from the UK brand of soup 'The Covent Garden Soup Co'. They are sold in cartons in the chilled section over there, and I used to literally live off them when I was in London! The roasted garlic in this recipe marries the turnip perfectly -- it's worth the extra effort and can be roasted in the oven up to a few days in advance (whenever you have the oven going).
