GF Almond, Coconut and Cherry Cookies

These are wickedly good   a lovely sweetish chewy cookie, a great accompaniment to tea or coffee.
.
Only problem is they taste so good, that

ONE IS NOT ENOUGH, and it's so hard to stop eating them !!!
