I have to agree about the Tinkyada noodles. I find them to be the best of the rice pastas, and, at least in this area, the best value in terms of quality without being overly expensive. They are my staple pasta.
When I was first diagnosed, I was fond of a brand called bi-aglut, from Italy. I haven't seen them for quite some time, but they were pricey enough to be a rare treat rather than an every day type of food.
