Maple Syrup Pudding Sauce
         

A lovely sauce on cakes, biscuits or fritters.  From the New England chapter of the United States Regional Cookbook, Culinary Arts Institute of Chicago, 1947.  Cooking time approximate. -- posted by Molly53
