Absolutely.  For the Seattle area, Kaili's Restaurant in Edmonds.  Turn off I-5 as if you're going to the ferry terminal, but where the road makes a Y with the ferry terminal to the right, you take the left.  Head straight, cross Aurora (Old Hwy 99) and it's just over the hill and then at the far end of a little village area on your right.  EVERYTHING is gluten free, and she has other recipes that are dairy free and has added some soy free I think.  It is pure delight.

You can check her out on line to see what days she's open, because it's not as much as it used to be.

Haven't actually eaten anywhere gluten free in Portland, but  a friend checked out The Old Wives' Tale once, and they claimed to cook GF; also scrounged around on the Internet once and read the Seafood place that's on the Interstate east of Troutdale area does GF.  It's in the Corbin area, but can't remember the name.

I love both cities are great so have a good time.  And if you like books, don't miss Powell's bookstore in downtown Portland.

Yes, this place Wheatless in Seattle, is actually DaVinci's which is where Kaili has opened up after closing her other place.  It's all gluten free and I think she knows her stuff.  I've just moved to the Seattle area and went last night to Cafe Flora south of the University District a bit.  I highly recommend it.
