While out shopping today, my husband and I decided to stop at Pizzeria Uno for lunch. I figured I'd be having a plain salad or something, but I didn't mind. To my surprise, when I asked the waitress if their Rosemary Grilled Chicken had any sort of breading, she asked "Oh, are you gluten free?" and provided me with a gluten free menu! Not something I'd expect from a big-chain pizza place! And unlike some places, the menu isn't devoid of all seasonings or flavors. I ended up getting the Rosemary Chicken- which was quite good, if possibly a bit heavy on the rosemary. Next time, I might try the baby back ribs, Gorgonzola Chicken, or Cobb salad.
