Strawberry Soup
         

This easy and delicious cold soup is great as a light dessert or first course in the heat of summer. My son loves it so much, that even as a little guy, he would ask for this special tasting fruit appetizer for  his birthday dinner. This is one of my favorite recipes from "The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook" -- posted by S. Merrill
