A new modification installed today makes it very easy, simply paste the entire URL you see in your web browser while watching the video. Once you post (or preview) your message the forum software will parse the URL you supplied and embed the video in your post. Please refrain from posting more than 3 or 4 videos in a single post, as posting too many may make the page load very slowly due to bandwidth requirements. This feature supports YouTube and 46 other popular video sharing services.
The 47 video sites supported are:

When you see a video that you want to post here just copy the entire URL and paste it directly into your message. The modification that I just installed will automagically insert the video into your post. Examples of videos you might choose to post here are recipes and tips for making gluten free foods, and medical discussions about the disease and the GF diet.
