With anything that affects your lifestyle as dramatically as celiac disease, it is to be expected that there will be strong feelings and differences of opinion. Let's use this area of the forum to try to hash these things out. We may not always agree with each other, especially right at first, but if we keep a friendly attitude while we say what we really mean, well, we'll try to work it all out.
