For those who do not already know, Nurse Gwen (also known as Smurf) is a moderator of this forum as well as being my lovely daughter. I'll be walking down the aisle with her next week, as proud as any father could ever be. Later I'll be enjoying some gluten-free food at the reception.
I'm well aware of her lifelong love of pasta. And Canada seems to be the world leader in making delicious, satisfying gluten-free pasta.
