Enjoy Life Foods

There is a relatively new business in Chicago called Enjoy Life Foods. They make a range of GF baked goods that can be purchased online. I've had some of their cookies, and they were good. The cookies were of the soft, chewy type, almost crumbly, but very alavorful.

Today I saw a news story about them by following a link on the news page here:

I think they make the best packaged GF pancake mix I've found.

I consider their cookies to be the best I've tried.  And since I'm allergic to dairy, eggs, soy, and honey and find it hard to find snack bars without at least one of these offending ingredients, I'm also stocking up on their snack bars!
