Peanut butter cookies

I bought some peanut butter cookies at food4celiacs.com that are to die for. They are made by Cookies by Dabikels. They are so good and big that I hold myself to just 2 at a time. (they are kind of expensive- about $7.00 for a dozen). All that is in them is peanut butter, sugar, eggs, & baking soda. I just thought I would pass this on. Tom L

I have all my none celiac friends and family now making their peanut butter cookies this way. Though we do it-- 1 cup peanut butter--- 1 cup sugar ---1 egg........ so easy and very good.

We dont put any baking soda in them, just pb, sugar and egg

I use a similar recipe...1 c pb, 1c brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking soda and 1 c chocolate chips...yum!  Everybody  in the family loves them!
